The Chapel Apartments are a 71-unit apartment complex located in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Los Alamos. The two-bedrooms, one-bath apartments occupy 4.5 acres of mature landscaped property nestled between a church to the west and 2 public tennis courts to the east. There is a school bus stop at the entrance to the complex for children attending Aspen Elementary and Los Alamos Middle School.
The apartments were built around 1950 and feature large windows, which allow for plenty of sunlight and cross ventilation. Most units have refinished hardwood floors. (All upstairs one-level units are carpeted to minimize noise below.) Rent includes all utilities and Cable TV.
