Our 24 one-bedroom units are in 3 buildings each having 8 apartments per building We call the complex Tres Casitas. There are large grass areas with mature trees throughout. Numerous upgrades were preformed in 2004 and include: Styrofoam insulation and stucco added to the exterior; new thermal pane windows, ceiling fan/light fixtures and hard wire smoke detectors. Our furnished and unfurnished apartments are available with the upstairs units having good quality carpet and the downstairs units having nice hardwood floors. Rent includes all utilities, cable television and storage. Laundry facilities are located on site.

Tres Casitas is located near the downtown shopping center between Central Avenue and Iris Street.
